Usage:

In principle, it is possible to switch agents during chats, but each agent works independently and cannot establish context for the work of the other agents. However, if you switch back to an agent you previously "spoke" to within a chat, they can remember the previous conversation (up to 10 conversations). If you reload the page, all chats are irretrievably lost.

Requests should be as precise as possible and not superficial!

Agent_01 - Minutes (Briefing)

This agent can be reached ONLY via audio (both via the website and via Telegram).
The agent creates a clear meeting summary... a free and unstructured spoken meeting minutes.
The meeting summary will be sent to the email address: tkc.ecowindows@gmail.com.
Since the Telegram chat window only allows a maximum of 3850 characters, no feedback on the summary will be provided in the chat window, only a note that the summary has been sent to tkc.ecowindows@gmail.com.

Agent_02 - Secretary

This agent can be reached via both audio and text (both via the website and via Telegram ← only to a limited extent, see below under "**").
In desktop mode, like Agent_01, he creates a structured meeting summary based on a freely spoken meeting transcript, but with predefined task allocation to departments such as accounting, production, etc.
. The agent also has the option to edit the content before sending it (via text/audio).
The meeting minutes can also be created via text input (e.g., if you enter the email to tkc.ecowindows@gmail.com that you previously received from Agent_01 here as text).

The agent is still able to send emails (Hubspot would normally be the address database here, but currently only the sample table 'Addresses' from 'Google Sheets', which you can find in your Google Drive folder, is used for demonstration purposes).

The agent can also schedule appointments - these are currently not being used. For demonstration purposes, this is only displayed in the Google calendar (although MS Exchange, etc., is also possible).

The agent can still answer general questions (e.g., Wikipedia) – this also involves internet research.

The agent can also answer questions from Agent_04 (Legal Department), as this uses the same database. The original plan was to house a database with other knowledge here.

**The agent should NOT be used from within Telegram to create logs (because Telegram's chat context window is too small). However, it is suitable for voice input for scheduling appointments, sending emails, etc.

In principle, it would be more professional to control the voice chat directly via ChatGPT instead of TELEGRAM, but that would be a different story.

Agent_03 - Order/Contract Comparison

This agent works ONLY on the desktop and NOT in TELEGRAM (for the simple reason that a tabular comparison within the TELEGRAM context window is not practical).
This agent expects the upload of exactly two documents WITHOUT additional text input:

1. The customer's order
2. The supplier's order
The agent compares the documents for content consistency and sends the result to tkc.ecowindows@gmail.com

Agent_04 - Legal Department

This agent works BOTH on the desktop and also on TELEGRAM.
The agent exclusively answers all questions regarding the ECONWINDOWS terms and conditions. However, it should be noted that TELEGRAM's chat context window may be too small (which is why complete answers are always sent via email to tks.ecowindows@gmail.com).
In a more professional implementation, ChatGPT would be more suitable as an input medium for voice messages.

Agent_05 - Pallet Logistics

This agent ONLY works on the desktop and not in TELEGRAM.
This agent ONLY accepts uploads of an EXCEL spreadsheet, which must be formatted exactly according to the following template:
